Dr. Christina Van Guilder

A graduate of the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry, Dr. Christina has been with Dakota Family Dentistry since July of 2007. She attended St. Mary's University in Winona for her undergraduate work and has a BA in Biology and Chemistry. She is a member of the American Dental Association, Minnesota Dental Association and St. Paul District Dental society where she serves on the executive council. She is also an active member of the Academy of General Dentistry where she serves on the Minnesota executive Board and is working toward her Fellowship in the academy. She resides in Cottage Grove with her husband, Scott, and three children. In her free time she enjoys weekends at the lake, local outings with her family, downhill skiing, and anything Wild hockey.


Julie has been in the dental profession since 1995. She has been a Hygienist since 1998 and has worked for Dakota Family Dentistry since 2001. She is a graduate of Wisconsin Eau-Claire with a BA in Sociology and Communications. She has her Associate of Science Degree in Dental Hygiene from Normandale Community College. She currently lives in South Maplewood with her husband Kevin and three children, Ben, Claire and Natalie. Her hobbies outside of work include camping with her family, scrap-booking, biking, shopping, and watching her kids grow.


A registered dental hygienist who graduated from the University of Minnesota, Jane met her husband who was in dental school there. After graduation and her husband’s two and a half year military tour in Okinawa, she worked part time with him in his West St. Paul dental practice. Since his retirement 6 years ago, she continues to work part time at the same office, now called Dakota Family Dentistry. She truly enjoys her profession, co-workers, & patients (many who have become good friends over the years). She has 4 children and 10 grandchildren who are the delight of her life. She enjoys many hobbies such as travel, golf, tennis, exercising, and any water activities at her lake home in St. Croix Falls, WI where she and her husband now reside.


Rachelle has been in the dental field since 2002. She is married and has 3 children. She enjoys attending her children's sporting events including hockey, football, baseball and softball. Her hobbies include going on vacation, reading and playing cards with friends and familiy.


Rachel has been with Dakota Family Dentistry since August 2008. She lives in the area with her husband, Jerry and daughter, Grace. In her spare time, Rachel enjoys her family and friends, antiques, scrap-booking, watching movies, and dining out whenever possible.


A dental assistant since 2010, Bre has a AAS degree in Dental Assisting from Dakota County Technical College and graduated with honors. She currently resides in South Saint Paul with her twin daughters Lauren and Ellie. She enjoys being outdoors in the summer and likes to relax with friends and family around a warm bonfire. Some other of her hobbies include gardening, watching Minnesota Twins games, going to movies and singing karaoke.
